Chai Affogato with Vanilla Caramel Brio Ice Cream
Serves about 4
- 8 spiced chai tea bags
- 2 cups water
- 1 pint Vanilla Caramel Brio
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then pour water over 8 chai tea bags.
- Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the bags and squeeze out some of the water they have absorbed.
- Place one scoop of Vanilla Caramel Brio in each mug for serving.
- Pour hot tea over ice cream.
