Lauren Kruchten of North Carolina State University fantasized about eating ice cream for breakfast as a child. She recently lived out her childhood dream by having ice cream for breakfast every day for a week.

“However, this wasn’t your typical calorie-filled and fat-laden Ben & Jerry’s.
